Cycling related performance and training sessions are performed on your own bicycle for realistic racing conditions and accuracy purposes.
PERFORMANCE TESTING
Peak Power Output (PPO) test - about 60 minutes
(Includes personal heart rate and power training zones & VO2max estimation and body fat and skinfolds measurement)

(Includes: accurate determination of endurance power (zone 4) and analyses of pacing strategy)

LSCT - Submaximal cycle test to monitor and predict training status - about 30 minutes
(New scientific test used by pro-cycling teams (Netherlands, South Africa) and in the world of triathlon (Australia, Netherlands))
